OR 138- Aster-Prospect Zoning Bylaw Amendment

STARK, Agent for the landowner on behalf of Fitzgerald Building Company has applied for an amendment to the Zoning Bylaw to allow development of a 17.5m tall 4 storey mixed use building with a mix of 45 studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. The building will also provide 54 secure EV ready underground parking stalls, 150 Class A bike stalls, and 1,000 m2 of new ground floor commercial units.
