Recreation Programs

1. Full refund is issued if the Recreation Services cancels a program (prorated as applicable).
2. Refunds are granted if the program is not suitable for the customer (i.e. ability, safety, maturity, concerns, etc.) and prorated as applicable based on the programmer’s discretion.
3. Full refund, less administration fee is issued if patron withdraws from a program more than 7 days prior to the start date of class.
4. No refund issued if patrons withdraw from a program within 7 days of the start date of the class.
5. Once a program has started refunds are pro-rated for medical reasons upon provision of medical authorization.

First Aid, CPR & Sewing Programs

1. Full refund is issued if the Recreation Service cancels a program (prorated as applicable).

All Day Camps (summer / spring break, professional days, etc.)

1. Full refund is issued if the Recreation Service cancels a program.
2. Refunds are granted if the program is not suitable for the customer (i.e. ability, safety, maturity, concerns, etc.) and prorated as applicable based on programmer’s discretion.
3. Full refunds, less an administration fee, is issued if patron withdraws from a program more than seven days prior to the start date of the class.
4. No refunds issued if patron withdraws from a program within seven days of the start date of the class.
5. Once a program has started refunds are pro-rated for medical reasons and will be refunded 50% for days not attended if the office is informed prior to the program start (start of the day).

Fitness centre Memberships

1. Ten (10) time passes are non-refundable; however, can be transferred to another patron.
2. Refunds are pro-rated for medical reasons upon provision of medical authorization.
3. Refunds are pro-rated if a patron is moving out of town upon proof of a forwarding address.
