Pemberton Recreation

Recreation services are administered by the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District. The Pemberton Valley Utilities & Services (PVUS) Committee advises on recreation programming, services and budgeting.  The Pemberton Valley Utilities and Services (formerly Pemberton/Area C Joint Services) Committee is a committee of the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District Board, convened by the Board to discuss shared services, such as recreation, between SLRD Electoral Area C and the Village of Pemberton.  View agenda and minutes from PVUS meetings.

Pemberton & District Community Centre

The Pemberton & District Community Centre is a joint asset of the Village of Pemberton and the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District, administrated by the SLRD's Pemberton Valley Utilities and Services Committee (PVUS).  Showers (for a fee) are available at the Community Centre.

Proposed Multi-Sport Recreation Facility

On June 14th the Village asked constituents to consider a referendum question related to the borrowing of $4.8 million for a Multi-Sport Recreation Facility. The referendum concluded that residents did not support proceeding with the recreation facility at that time.
