Please note, the Village of Pemberton has received a Development Permit application from Vidorra Developments for a 3-storey apartment building on Lot 6, Arbutus Street.Effective May 11th 2016, site works will begin to remove excess
material from the construction site (see site plan and proposed landscape plan below).For the public's safety, the path at the north end of the property will be closed. This path will be rerouted and opened once the site is fenced and secured.
