A reminder that vehicles parked on the Village’s roadways, shoulders, and parking lots for a period longer than seventy-two (72) hours is in contravention of Section 3 of the Village of Pemberton’s Parking and Traffic Control Bylaw 586, 2006 which states:
Section 3. No person shall park any vehicle: (p) on any highway for a period longer than seventy-two (72) hours.
Bylaw Enforcement will be monitoring for long term parking and vehicles parked in contravention will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
