Part of the building located at 7424 Frontier Street, Pemberton, British Columbia, known as the Blackbird Bakery, on land legally described as:

Lot 1, Plan EPPl760, DL 203
Lillooet Land District
comprising approximately 94.5 m2 indoor space and 63.78 m2 covered outdoor space, shown in the aerial photo provided.
Blackbird Bakery Limited will continue to occupy the property through a new five-year lease with the option to renew for an additional five years, for the purpose of operating a bakery and selling baked goods.
In 2025, basic rent will be $2480.35 per month. The rate will be adjusted annually based on the previous year’s basic rent plus CPI.
