This is notice pursuant to section 24 and 26 of the Community Charter that the Council of the Village of Pemberton proposes to establish a temporary licence of occupation between the Village of Pemberton and Tourism Pemberton on a portion of the property owned by the Village located at 7424 Frontier Street and legally described as:
Subject Land: Lot 1, District Lot 203, Lillooet Land District, EPP1760
Nature: Temporary Licence of Occupation
Term: May – October 2025
The purpose of the temporary licence of occupation is to enable Tourism Pemberton to locate the Pemberton Visitor Information Centre on the property and in the downtown core to support Tourism Pemberton’s efforts in promoting tourism and travel to the Pemberton area.
The Village will be providing assistance to Tourism Pemberton by leasing the property for $1 for the Term.
