The Village of Pemberton is giving notice under section 26 (3) of the Community Charter that it proposes to dispose of land.
Description of Land: Approximately 1,240 square metres on plan EPP54778, known as Lease Lot 7, at Pemberton Regional Airport, shown on the site plan below:
Person to acquire the property: Robin Brown
Term: Five-year lease with option to renew for three additional terms of five years. This is a renewal of an existing lease.
Consideration: Basic rent of $2.40/m2 adjusted annually based on previous year’s rent plus CPI plus additional rent.
