The Pemberton Transfer Station is on the move.
Currently located at 1947 Carpenter Road in the Pemberton Business and Industrial Park, the transfer station serves residents of the Village of Pemberton and a defined portion of Electoral Area C of the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District. The SLRD plans to relocate the Pemberton Transfer Station to a site in the Pemberton Business and Industrial Park that will be SLRD-owned and better suited to meet the current and future solid waste management needs.
The SLRD is seeking feedback from residents of the Service Area to identify priority services, and to better understand current and future solid waste management needs. The information gathered in the survey will help inform the planning of solid waste management services at the relocated transfer station to better serve the community.
