Anna Rodie, Agent for the landowner on behalf of Linda and Stuart Sambell has applied for an amendment to the Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw to allow development of a 17.5 metre, 4 storey mixed use building, with a mix of 33 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and 5 commercial spaces.
