This is notice pursuant to section 24 and 26 of the Community Charter that the Council of the Village of Pemberton proposes to renew a lease between the Village of Pemberton and the Pemberton & District Museum & Archive Society that property owned by the Village located at 7455 Prospect Street and legally described as:
- Subject Land: Posting Plan of Park, DL 203, LLD, Plan KAP77917
- Nature: Leasehold Purposes
- Term: Ten (10) years with an option to renew for a further two five (5) years
The Village will be providing assistance to the Pemberton & District Museum & Archive Society by leasing the property for $10/year.
