The Village of Pemberton's Approving Officer recently issued a Tentative Approval Letter for the 580049 BC Ltd. or better known as the "Biro group" for Phase 1 that consists of 45 Bare Land Strata Lots. A minor Development Permit has been issued for land clearing specifically for the road right of ways and building envelops. It is anticipated that these works will begin next week.
