Planner – Consultant
Reporting to the Manager of Development Services, the Planner acts as an advisor and lead on the review of current development applications such as Official Community Plan amendments, rezonings, development permits and development variance permits. The Planner is responsible for research, professional report writing, review of technical information, and processing of complex submissions related to land use development applications.
