| Winds of Change: A Healing Vision | November 2004. Winds of Change: A Healing Vision is the Final Report of the Pemberton/Mount Currie Drug & Alcohol Task Force. With the Kaiser Foundation, the Centre for Addictions Research of BC and the Canadian Centre for Substance Abuse the committee examined patterns of use in our communities and the perceptions we have about drugs, alcohol and related problems. the document identifies meaningful and actionable strategies for change. 21 pages.
