With the Kaiser Foundation, the Centre for Addictions Research of BC and the Canadian Centre for Substance Abuse the committee examined patterns of use in our communities and the perceptions we have about drugs, alcohol and related problems. the document identifies meaningful and actionable strategies for change. 21 pages.
