Mt Currie / Village of Pemberton Joint Council

Joint Council meetings between Mount Currie Band Council and the Village of Pemberton have identified  priorities in common such as land use planning, emergency planning, economic development, recreation and the implementation of 2004's Winds of Change: a Healing Vision Report.  In order to explore these issues, the councillors from both communities determined themes that would aid in developing stronger communication, notably learning about each others' respective governments and cultures.
