Making a Presentation to Council

Any individual or group wishing to make a public presentation to Council must complete an online Request to Appear Before Council. This application must outline the reasoning for the presentation and be submitted by 12:00 noon, the Wednesday preceding the day of the Council meeting.

Upon submitting an Request to Appear Before Council, you will be contacted by the Deputy Clerk to confirm your presentation. Any questions should be directed to the Deputy Clerk.
