Public Notice | Notice of Disposition of Lands

Notice is hereby given that, under Section 26 (3) of the Community Charter, the Village of Pemberton proposes to dispose of certain land or improvements:

Description of the Lands or Improvements: A portion of the Remainder of KAP4769 (except plan KAP44479 and KAP92677), comprising 3100 square metres, more or less, shown as a portion of Lease Lot 3 on the attached drawing.

Person to Acquire the Property: Search & Rescue Society of British Columbia dba Pemberton Search & Rescue

Nature and Term of the Proposed Disposition: Ten (10) year Lease with options to renew for four (4) additional terms of five (5) years each for a maximum term of Thirty (30) years Consideration: Minimum Rent of $1.00/year.

Description of the Lands or Improvements: A portion of the Remainder of KAP4769 (except plan KAP44479 and KAP92677), comprising 1000 square metres, more or less, shown as Lease Lot 9 on the drawing on the attached drawing.

Person to Acquire the Property: Mr. Ian Porter

Nature and Term of the Proposed Disposition: Ten (10) year Lease with options to renew for four (4) additional terms of five (5) years each for a maximum term of Thirty (30) years

Consideration: Minimum Rent of $1.92 per square metre adjusted annually based on the previous year's Minimum Rent rate plus CPI plus Additional Rent, which includes Airport Additional Snow Removal Service Costs and Airport Fees as may be required.

Person to Acquire the Property: Mr. & Mrs. John Wheeler

Nature and Term of the Proposed Disposition: Ten (10) year Lease with options to renew for four (4) additional terms of five (5) years each for a maximum term of Thirty (30) years

Consideration: Minimum Rent of $1.92 per square metre adjusted annually based on the previous year's Minimum Rent rate plus CPI plus Additional Rent, which includes Airport Additional Snow Removal Service Costs and Airport Fees as may be required.
